Data we collect. Identity and contact data and comparable identifiers plus KYC documents demanded by regulators. Also collected: trade and settlement records, technical logs and helpdesk threads. For EU/UK users: contract fulfilment, legal obligation, plus legitimate interest.
Purpose of use. Running your account, settling trades, meeting compliance, countering fraud, and securing systems, plus consent-based product messages carrying one-click opt-out.
Sharing. Data reaches only running vendors (custodial, payment, identity), regulators on lawful demand, and anonymised analytics. We never sell personal data.
Storage & safety. We retain data through account activity plus statutory windows (commonly five to seven years for trades). Security: AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and ISO 27001-audited access controls.
