4. Costs. Commissions, spreads and funding rates sit on the Fees page and make part of these Terms. Pricing may shift after reasonable notice.
5. Prohibited conduct. Manipulation, vulnerability abuse, IP infringement and unlawful use are banned outright. Laundering plus sanctions violations are included by the same bar.
6. Liability. To the maximum legal extent, invexaexchange is not liable for indirect, special and consequential damages arising from your use of Services.
7. Amendments. These Terms may be updated over time. Post-change use once changes apply means consent. Controlling law comes from the registering jurisdiction where our operator is registered.
